Play before on my old rig I had the same version of FO3 (goty Steam Edition) and I could use the console such as (player.additem 1234abc57 1) and the item or what ever would appear in my inventory. Graphics are boss with the 6 gig GTX1060 OC. Finally got my new computer and installed FO3 on the new system and it actually runs and runs amazing.
